We believe that Sabbath is a gift from God and we want to help you spread that message in a way that is an respectful and impactful. 2) Write a short message sharing what Sabbath means to you and how it has helped you, then record it on your mobile phone or camera. Make sure it is 60 seconds or less, filmed in portrait format (link to show) and add captions (link to show what captions are)
